Directions to Intersouth Partners’ Office

Intersouth Partners is located at 406 Blackwell Street in the Crowe Building of the American Tobacco Historic District in downtown Durham, across from the Durham Bulls Ballpark.

Visitor parking is available on the first level of the South Parking Deck. After parking, leave the parking garage at the Concourse (street) level and walk under the bridge to the entrance of the Crowe Building, directly across the plaza from the parking garage. Intersouth is located on the second floor of the Crowe Building . To get to the second floor, take the stairs at the far end of the lobby or the elevator in the middle of the lobby to the far right.

From I-40 (East or West):

  • Take I-40 East or West to exit 279B, the Durham Freeway/NC-147 North.
  • Continue on the Durham Freeway/NC-147 North for approximately 7 miles.
  • Take Exit 12B, the Roxboro Street/Mangum Street exit.
  • You are now on Jackie Robinson Drive. Cross over Roxboro Street and Mangum Street. You will pass the Durham Bulls Ballpark on your right and cross over Blackwell Street at a traffic light.
  • The American Tobacco complex is directly to your right; take the first possible right after Blackwell Street into the South Parking Deck.

From Chapel Hill via US 15-501:

  • Take US 15-501 North. From the 15-501 overpass over I-40, you will travel for approximately 6 miles.
  • Follow signs for Business 15-501. Two miles past I-40, take exit 105A for Business 15-501 North/Chapel Hill Boulevard/South Square via the left-hand lane.
  • Continue on Business 15-501 North/Chapel Hill Boulevard . 15-501 turns left onto University Drive at a stoplight. Continue to follow signs for Business 15-501 North.
  • About 1 mile past the University Drive intersection, the road passes under old train track and there are signs to the Durham Bulls Ballpark; Blackwell Street is the next intersection.
  • Turn left onto Blackwell Street.
  • Cross over Morehead Avenue and under the Durham Freeway overpass.
  • The American Tobacco complex is directly in front of you; take the first possible left after the underpass onto Jackie Robinson Drive.
  • Turn immediately right into the South Parking Deck.

From points north (including I-85 North or South) via the Durham Freeway/NC-147:

  • Take the Durham Freeway/NC-147 South toward Durham/Downtown/Research Triangle Park.
  • Take Exit 12, the Mangum Street/Roxboro Street exit.
  • Cross over Mangum Street.
  • Turn left onto Roxboro Street at the bottom of the hill.
  • Turn left onto Jackie Robinson Drive .
  • Cross Mangum Street again.
  • You will pass the Durham Bulls Ballpark on your right and cross over Blackwell Street at a traffic light.
  • The American Tobacco complex is directly to your right; take the first possible right after Blackwell Street into the South Parking Deck.
