Intersouth Partners Signs Lease Agreement to Move to Historic Fire Station #1
Early-stage venture capital firm
continues commitment to Durham with move to Rogers Alley Fire Station
historically renovated by Greenfire Development

Durham, NC – Intersouth Partners, an early stage venture fund based in Durham,
announced today it has signed a lease agreement to move its offices to Durham’s
Historic Fire Station #1 at Rogers Alley.
The firm, a corporate resident of Durham since its inception
in 1985, will occupy space in the building, which was restored by Greenfire
Development in 2007. Originally built around 1890, the Fire Station was the
home of the Golden Belt Hose Company’s primarily volunteer firefighting squad.
Rebuilt in 1924, the fire house was designed for Durham’s then-recently created
professional fire department.

Triangle’s start-up community and we love being in the center of that
