Bonnie Layman
Chief Financial Officer
Bonnie is Intersouth’s Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for financial reporting and works with Intersouth's portfolio companies on complex financial issues. Her background includes more than 20 years of experience consulting on tax issues for partnerships, corporations and individuals with a specialty in technology companies and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Intersouth, Bonnie was a Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a tax partner with another "Big Four" firm. She holds an M.B.A. and a Masters in Taxation.
